I thought it was hilarious when Arnold called the customer service rep and used all the movie lines to talk to her. It was funny because of how uncomfortable the service rep seemed when Arnold was coming on to her and she seemed like she wanted to get off the phone pretty fast. Al Pacino did a great job of using movie lines to rouse up the limo company guy. The guy thought Al Pacino was actually a real person talking smack on the phone and he got pretty pissed off. The guy went into a whole cursing rampage with Pacino that ended with one hanging up the phone, it was definitely funny to listen to.
